Lisa Cameron, MS, CCC-SLP received her Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from San Francisco State University in 1984. She completed her post graduate clinical training at Children's Hospital Oakland, and worked there for the first 8 years of her career. Ms. Cameron served as Director of The Speech Pathology Group, a highly regarded private practice, from 1997 to 2014, where she remained an active clinician while serving in management and clinical mentoring roles. Lisa established

her own speech-language center in June 2014 to return to full-time clinical practice, and enjoys working across a broad age range with various communication challenges. She has lectured on social-pragmatic disorders and interventions, and on treatment of selective mutism using behavioral and pragmatic-based approaches. Lisa actively participates in Continuing Education, and is a member of ASHA, SMG (Selective Mutism Group), and local multidisciplinary study groups.
